What does 75th India Independence Day and completed 74 years of Indian Independence mean to me and how I see the future of India –

I am fortunate to be born in an independent, vibrant India eager to take on the world. For its future to be as glorious as its past, we need to invest in the present.

“Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free

Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls.”

When we move from I-Day to We-Day would be the V-Day.

“Independence empowers us to make choices and gives us the freedom to live life on our terms. I feel fortunate to be born and brought up in Independent India. Independence Day is a great reminder of the privileges we have as citizens of India. India has made steady progress in various fields since our Independence. I see India in the forefront of technological advances in the years to come. Let’s celebrate and contribute to India’s success!”

“Happy Independence day! In 75 years of independence, India has built a modern growing economy, lifted millions out of poverty, has become a space and nuclear power with overall progress on socio economic development. On the flip side, many challenges remain. These include reducing poverty, crime and corruption, environmental stability, improved housing, infrastructure, sanitation facilities, healthcare, and education. Improved performance on above will culminate into greater fruits of independence, freedom and equality among its people.”

“Having been born in independent India, it is difficult to comprehend how life would have been otherwise and yet am so deeply grateful to all those who strove for our independence. The future of India lies in the hands of the youth. Although there has been a gradual erosion of moral values, it is up to us to lead the way, set examples and guide our future generation to revive the glory of ancient India.”

Happy Independence day to all.

What is independence? Actually, I don’t know!

Is it the life we enjoy? Is it infrastructure of education, rights to equality?

YES it is.

We received independence due to struggle and sacrifice by our great Leaders, on this occasion we pray for their great souls.

Need to preserve it and pass it on to our future generations.

I remember the words from film Rang de Basanti “Koi bhi desh perfect nahi hota, use perfect banana padta hai”.

We need to make our country perfect.

Feel proud to hear any sucessful project worldwide our Indians have place.

Jai Hind, Mera Bharat Mahaan.

India at 75th Independence Day:

“It’s time for India to the lead at the world stage and contribute to global community all that India has to offer to make this planet a better place for every person and being and for the generations to come. I have seen the difference we are already making. The new India is poised, the transformation has begun, and we are moving towards truly incredible time ahead. The new India is the place to be.”

“Independence has gradually inculcated in me a sense of responsibility and belongingness to an extent that, on each issue howsoever miniscule it may appear to be, I feel an immediate impulse to contribute in some way and be not just a citizen sitting on the fence. As regards future, I clearly visualize India not only becoming one of the top 3 World economies but also be a guiding light to the humanity towards spiritual wellbeing.” LAXMAN KUMAR NASARPURI, Investment Banker, mentor and Entrepreneur.

India Bharat Hindustan

My only dream, aspiration, vision, promise and hope for the future !

My life, everyday in India,

  • Fuelled with efforts, diligence, hard work, integrity, support, enablement, collaboration,
  • Rewarded with development, enrichment, fulfilment, success, wins, happiness, fun, delight, abundant laughter
  • Punished with disappointment, corruption, suboptimal execution, broken expectations, frustration, failures, anger, tears, failing systems and institutions,

My struggle is to keep sanity, even keel and faith … to balance the rewards with the punishments, better still to exceed the rewards so as to stay net positive — to trust the nation’s collective intelligence, enterprise and conscience !!

I pray with optimism,

I execute with hope,

I celebrate my rewards,

I endure my punishments,

I choose to enjoy my life, everyday,

I have faith in my India!!

INDEPENDENCE

What is Independence?

It’s the freedom to live

To make our own choices

And in our dreams, believe.

What is Independence?

It’s the release of a crippling nation

From the clutches of evil.

It’s a full fledged reincarnation.

What is Independence?

It’s the blood and sweat,

The efforts and sacrifices,

Creating our own fate.

What is Independence?

It’s the strength and hardwork,

The belief of our people,

To stand together, rise,

And create this masterwork.
